Mercy you make room and way for all beings in need. Strengthen us to be able to heed the cries you hear, to be bearers of cups of healing, builders of refuge for those fleeing, creators of gracious joyful community wherever trouble seeks to cruelly win the day. Mercy be in our hearts, in our words, and in our actions, throughout this day, and evermore. Amen.
