Evening Prayer January 4, 2013

Love hold us close tonight as our fears frost the windows of our hearts. Hold us close and give us courage to share our stories, to attend others', and to find our way forward in wonderment and fierce hope. Love hold us close tonight and help us hold each other, welcoming in the stranger, welcoming one another, creating the home we've been waiting for. Love hold us close tonight and guide in through the dreaming and the dark to where our faithful promises are asked to be made real. Amen.
