Though we wake knowing our frailty, our failures, and our sins, bless us, Lover of Life, on our way today. Bless us once again and remind us our faithful promises. Help us as we wind up our courage and find the way to faithfully risk what we must, to be vulnerable and to be loving, to be gracious and to be steadfast, to make way and make refuge for mercy's sake. Though we have faltered, made mistakes, and turned away, bless us, Lover of Life, that we may join in blessing this world, one heartbeat and hope at a time. Amen.
