Morning Prayer January 20, 2013

Peace be with us. Peace be with our neighbors. Peace be with those we do not know. Peace be with those who fear us. Peace be with those we fear. Guide us in growing new connections beyond our fearfulness, anger, and illusion, beyond our falsehoods, bigotry, and grief, beyond everything that holds us back from cultivating the blessings of peace. Through our knowing and our confusion, may we be steadfast and take courage, to be peace bearers and peace builders, peace learners and peace teachers, peace lovers and peace healers, now and evermore. Amen.
