Wisdom, you offer us learning each and every day. May we have the courage to learn well, not bowing under and retreating with the weight of fear, or frozen lest we make mistakes, not chilled to the soul by hate or by sorrow. Wisdom, travel with us today, so that we may stay open-hearted through the pain and boldly choose love's transforming path in every way. When we falter, grant us good companions, who know our troubles as we know theirs, and who take us by the heart and help us steady on into the storm. May we be worthy companions ourselves, and bear others steadily on, knowing and trusting that this, too, is one of the ways love challenges and changes us.
