Lover of Life we give thanks tonight for those who heal and those who hope, the ones making a difference right now and the ones working away at making a difference in time to come. Bless the healers and hopers in this life, the ones whose caring nurtures and cures and the ones who keep searching, trying, and creating what makes goodness real, stronger, and more present everywhere. Bless and guide the healers and hopers, the ones who know this is their calling, and the ones who are unsure and yet each of their days is filled with bringing more hope and more healing into the lives of those they meet and the earth with which we all dwell. May we bless those called along this path, cherish them, sustain them, and open the way before them, for mercy's sake. Amen.
