How wonderful this life is, that we are connected one to another, earth, air, and water, to solar system and universe, and all of space and time! Mystery of Mysteries, we need to stop in awe sometimes and just marvel at phonons and polarons and at love's transforming power. We stop and marvel and give thanks for this life, for this witnessing and wondering, inquiring and studying, practicing and creating. We stop and marvel and give thanks for this life, for the ways working together can create exciting new answers to both new and old problems, for the give and take of collaboration, for the aha! moments and for the failures that teach and encourage us to try again another way. Mystery of Mysteries, bound one to another, may we be thankful for our responsibilities to this whole, grateful for how it has sustained us, and grateful for how we may join together for wisdom, for goodness, for loving, for dreaming, for creating a better and more joyful world. Amen.
