Beloved sustain our hearts and guide our spirits as we make our place in the world, one where love can flourish and hope is made real in every day, one where merciful justice prevails and generous laughter resounds in every corner. Here we are, already belonging, but so many of us often feeling apart, alone, discarded, alienated, and exiled. So many on this earth wander seeking their heart's true home, barred from the geography of their spirit by politics and broken societies, by hatred and abuse, by exploitation and greed, and by ecological change. So many on this earth wander seeking their heart's true home, never having known a place of safety, welcome, and cherishing. So many on this earth wander and wonder where home is, if anywhere. Beloved, help us create the courage to make home together, to welcome one another wherever we are, to put down roots and strengthen networks of love, mercy, and hope. Beloved sustain us in this work, in this life of being bold enough to risk making wherever we are, wherever we are cast to, wherever we find ourselves beautiful, loving, generous, and welcoming for all. Amen.
