The stillness at that moment of dusk when the heart stops to breathe and to hold before letting go blesses and keeps us. There is doing that needed to be done before that moment. There is doing that is yet undone. But in this breath, in this moment caught up in wonder, in beauty, in breath, in gladness there is this blessing that keeps us whole. Beloved, we give thanks for these blessings, for the breath, the dusk, the wonder, the doing, and the not doing, the stillness that holds us before sending us back, gladdened and refreshed, on the way. Amen.
