Bless the quiet, solid bearers of mercy, the steady, persistent cultivators of justice, the careful, attentive students of wisdom. Bless the ones who are exuberant in their own way, with a dancing eye or rejoicing of generous caring or attentive sharing of what truly matters. Bless those who teach us how to live more fully every day into our faithful promises, to stretch and reach and accomplish what needs truly to be done, to release unhelpful expectations and harsh feelings and, instead, build up and encourage one another and this world in being kinder, better, and adding each day to blessing the whole. Bless the quiet, the steady, the careful and bless us all that we may know the gifts of these ways of being, and be glad. Amen.
