Gardener of the World, Cultivator of the Heart, let us sing our gratitude and our praises for the harvest of what is sweet and good in our lives. May we enjoy the toil of aiding goodness growing, in bringing in the harvest, in caring for the lives of our communities and the well-being of our world. May we be glad to be part of such labors, to do what we can to grow sweetness in places that have best known the growth of anger, to grow hope in neighborhoods and communities where what has been grown best has been despair. May we be steadfast in our labors, working together, glad of heart and full of hope, for the joy of joining the Gardener of the World, the Cultivator of the Heart, in blessing this world. Amen.
